This is an optional Traxxas Hard Anodized Teflon Coated Big Bore Rear Shock Set. Traxxas Big Bore shocks provide the ultimate in damping control. They’re hard-anodized, Teflon-coated and have large cylinders for greater oil capacity. These shocks also include the super smooth, long wearing titanium nitride (TiN) coated shock shafts. Adjustments are a snap with clip-on spring pre-load spacers and installation time is reduced because the shocks are sold pre-assembled.
NOTE:This shock set does not include shock springs.

BUT WAY BETTER THAN STOCK… Anonymous Friday, Feb 4 2011 (about 14 years ago) Traxxas Hard Anodized Teflon Coated Big Bore Rear Shock Set (XX-Long) (2) Excellent shocks for a Rustler. I recently bought these as well as the hard big bore shocks. No problems for either set of shocks. Anonymous Monday, Dec 6 2010 (about 14 years ago) Traxxas Hard Anodized Teflon Coated Big Bore Rear Shock Set (XX-Long) (2) These are the rears that match the #2660 shocks. A Main needs to list these as Traxxas XX-Long Big Bore Rear Shocks (2). 1 of 2 customers found this review helpful. Anonymous Tuesday, Dec 10 2013 (about 11 years ago) Traxxas Hard Anodized Teflon Coated Big Bore Rear Shock Set (XX-Long) (2) Not big bores. Seems to be smaller than stock. But these are WAY better than the stock ones which popped on me 3 times. Once u get ur stampede, change to these. I have no regrets except I should have changed it sooner.
On another note, the stock ones are ok for the front of the stampede but definitely not the rears. 0 of 1 customers found this review helpful. View all reviews
