Eric Larsen Verified Owner Monday, Jul 31 2023 (about 2 years ago) Mugen Seiki 3-Shoe Clutch Springs (3) (1.0mm) I installed these on my Savage X with the stock motor and Dynamite max-life aluminum shoes. I did NOT change over to the Mugen flywheel not like some recommend and it seems to be fine. The springs sit in there at a bit of an angle with the stock flywheel nut, but no shimming required and so far so good. Adam Castaneda Verified Owner Friday, Apr 26 2019 (about 6 years ago) Mugen Seiki 3-Shoe Clutch Springs (3) (1.0mm) Put these on my Savage X. They work great with a Mugen Nut (MUGC0704) as the springs rest perfectly. Initially I tried to install these with the HPI clutch/pilot nut and the recessed groove sat so far back (towards flywheel instead of clutch side) that to get the springs to sit I had to almost bend the tip of the spring at a crazy angle. I was not comfortable with keeping the stress of the mount area on the stock nut. So if you get these springs make sure you also buy the mugen nut as well. View all reviews
