I really wanted to like these, but unfortunately they suffer from the same design flaw as the OEM CVDs for the RC10 re-releases. The dogbone axle is too short and consistently pops out of the drive cup under normal use—just like the factory Team Associated versions. It’s disappointing, especially considering other companies offer extended (+1, +2) versions that actually fit properly and often cost less.
It seems like MIP may have simply copied the re-release dimensions without addressing the original fitment issues. I’d strongly recommend doing more research before purchasing these—there are better-fitting alternatives out there. I have the exact same issue with their rc10t re release cvd’s. They also have the same problem on my rc10 team car which is an original and not a re release. So they don’t fit correctly on any model of rc10. 7 customers found this review helpful. View all reviews
