It’s taken quite a bit of abuse and has held up well. It’s a better option than a clod buster in my opinion. 1 customer found this review helpful. Yes the gas version has a ton of throttle servo issues! Also after reading prior reviews, make sure you are checking the areas you are running your rc. No one likes stumps hiding in grass! YES, you will break things at speed on this truck at 38+ mph. All that aside, I have bashed and run this rc hard as hell. The only two issues I had was relearning the steering sensitivity after 4WS conversion and yes, I slammed this truck at top speed and broke the right-side bottom suspension link. Totally easy fix with the Kyosho suspension link pack for 16$. All in all great truck, tons of upgrades available to really get this rc above and beyond anyone’s expectations. Craig Busby Sunday, Nov 3 2024 (11 months ago) Kyosho USA-1 VE 1/8 4WD ReadySet Electric Monster Truck What a HUGE disappointment in the quality of this truck. I have one battery charge on the truck. I live in a apartment community so I’m limited for areas. I run it half throttle on the gras field do a few wheelies. The tire hit a stump about 2 inches above the ground and goes limp. I go check it out and the front drivers side is separated. The axle housing is snapped. Good luck finding replacements. Cheap and poor quality. I should have bought a Traxxas .
