Tire Overview:
The JConcepts Relapse Pre-Mounted 1/8th Buggy Tires are a tire that has been optimized for indoor and outdoor tracks. This Relapse tire is the result of the research and development JConcepts put into the Detox and Rehab tires and features a more forward bite. This tire is available in multiple compounds to best match your driving conditions.
The design revolves around the center structure which has medium to small-sized, dense lugs arranged in a stacked and horizontal configuration. The lugs have strategically placed cuts and grooves to allow flex in the dust to perform when the track is in a deteriorating condition. The outer portion of the tread fits together like building blocks, with shapes placed together that nest well but also work together to flex laterally to provide a steadfast side bite. The tread tapers off cleanly to the outer sidewall giving a smooth transition during hard cornering.

Jeremy Smith Verified Owner Tuesday, Jul 8 2025 (3 months ago) JConcepts Relapse Pre-Mounted 1/8th Buggy Tires (White) (2) (Green) Provided great grip for the 15 min they lasted before coming separated from the wheel. Have to clean and remount all but one tire from the sets I ordered.
Update – Amain customer support reached out without any prompt from me and helped me with the issues I had. Going to order another few sets of these tires to see if I just got unlucky with the batch I got. Seeing Amain provide help like they have is amazing and great to see.
