Micael Klein Verified Owner Thursday, Feb 20 2025 (7 months ago) EcoPower 832 Mid Profile High Torque Brushless Rock Crawling/Bashing Servo The EcoPower 832 is extremely strong with all the torque you would possibly need in a rock crawler and the speed at 8.4v is fast enough for a 1/8 buggy I’m installing this in an H10 optic kit, which benefits from a smaller mid-profile size servo, which will be a crawler setup so this servo may be overkill but I had to try it and for the price how could I go wrong so if this servo stays reliable and only time will tell, the MP832 may be my new standard for servos in crawlers and buggies requiring higher speed for quicker steering response. 1 customer found this review helpful. Jasen Morisawa Friday, Sep 12 2025 (2 weeks ago) EcoPower 832 Mid Profile High Torque Brushless Rock Crawling/Bashing Servo Thought this was a great mid profile size servo for the price for AMS on my SCX10 Pro. After 2-3 outings on the rocks it failed. I made sure end points were set correctly and for reference my rig is about 6.5lbs. I wasn’t jammed up or anything. Was running a normal line. One of the main gears let go. I replaced the gear ($33) and was back out on the rocks. I was very happy with the speed and torque and thought it was just a fluke and purchased 2 more of my VRD Carbon and H10 Optic. Both of those failed as well in a very short period of time (1-2 months). Fast forward and I’m hearing several other people are experiencing the same issue. Weak gears!!! So sad as specs and price were solid. Done with EcoPower and considering moving on to another brand. Buyer beware!!! It’s been doing its job in my slash for countless packs now. Lots of crashes and getting washed with a garden hose hasn’t fazed it.
