Eric Brumble Verified Owner Monday, Mar 10 2025 (7 months ago) Carrera Digital 124 Full Speed Slot Car Track Racing Set w/1/24 BMW M4 GT3 & I ordered the Carrera slot car set after a google search and found the best price at A-Main Hobbies. The online ordering was pretty typical with no surprises in the process. Tracking and shipping played out as expected with the box arriving pretty close to the estimated delivery date. I was a little concerned once I opened the shipping box because the tape seals on the display box were all tampered with, so I knew that the set had been opened. Most of the track had been jostled around inside the Styrofoam and was out of place from the factory shipping arrangement. It took about fifteen minutes to inventory the pieces but once I was finished, everything was accounted for according to the parts list. I have not assembled the track or run the cars so I cannot verify if everything works but I feel like this set may have been a return and then resold to me. If not, then the factory packaging may need to be rethought. View all reviews
