Slipper Pad Overview:

The Vision Racing Schumacher LD3 and L1R CFMS Slipper Pads are a performance-driven upgrade for the Schumacher Cougar LD3 and CAT L1R 1/10 Buggy platforms, designed to meet the demands of mod racing on glued surfaces, astroturf, and carpet tracks. Engineered for durability, these slipper pads are more resistant to heat buildup than stock options, providing a smoother and more consistent slipper action under high-stress conditions. The CFMS material also contributes to weight reduction, saving 0.9 grams compared to the standard pads and optimizing the car’s performance and responsiveness.

Note:Vision Racing recommends lightly scuffing the pads with the optional Vision Racing Slipper Clutch Puck (VRC00275 – sold separately) to accelerate the break-in process.
