Matt O Verified Owner Saturday, Aug 23 2025 (5 weeks ago) Treal Hobby SCX6 Aluminum Steering Links (Titanium) Treal is always top quality and I have purchased a ton of their parts for various models. Never any issues with fit and finish, so I was surprised that the steering linkage (servo to knuckle link) didn’t fit correctly.
Another customer had mentioned this but I still took a chance, and I have the same problem they did. You have to modify this linkage piece in order for the steering to not bind up on the SCX6. I tried removing just the o-rings at the ball joints first but it still bound up. You will have to bend this linkage in order for it to work. I just used the knuckle to knuckle linkage and the stock linkage for servo to knuckle.
Will still by Treal though. Surprised this hasn’t been addressed yet as the first review with same results was a couple years back. View all reviews
