Extreme Brushless Power

The Jato 4×4 is equipped with the BL-2s™ Brushless Power System, delivering lightning-fast acceleration. The 3300kV motor features an integrated cooling fan, low-maintenance design, and efficient ball bearings for long-lasting performance. The included BL-2s™ electronic speed control (ESC) is water resistant and offers three programmable drive modes: Sport, Race, and Training Mode™. Whether you’re seeking high-speed thrills or controlled learning experiences, the BL-2s™ system has you covered with unmatched power and versatility.

Body & Power to the Ground

The Jato is built for performance with a rugged clipless body system that secures firmly with integrated latches, allowing fast, tool-free access for battery changes while eliminating body clips entirely. A high-downforce wing is integrated into the body to improve stability at speed. Underneath, 3.0″ black dished wheels are wrapped in Response Pro tires made from Traxxas’ grippy S1 compound, offering precise side bite and race-tuned foam inserts for superior traction and control on a variety of surfaces. The suspension system features oil-filled GTR shocks for smooth damping and consistent performance, paired with durable shock towers and geometry tuned for sharp, track-ready handling.

If you ever hear anyone saying that the Jato buggies aren’t the best buggy that traxxas has ever made, I can promise you either that person hasn’t ever owned one or they are just Traxxas haters and are never going to appreciate this machine. The best thing about this Jato is the ease of maintenance and repair is on a whole different level of ANYTHING I’ve ever seen before. It’s like the difference in breaking down a Glock to be cleaned compared to breaking down a Swiss watch to be cleaned compared to most other RC’s. Parts are cheap and plentiful. This thing is light weight so it’s faster than everything else it flies straight and easier than everything else it handles better than everything else. Plus it just looks like what a sexy buggy should look like. I love this thing. It’s became my favorite RC I own and I own about 25 high end brand name ones. This is just my honest review.
