Advanced Laydown Gearbox for Quick Maintenance

The freshly engineered laydown gearbox simplifies drivetrain maintenance by allowing quick access to the ball differential and idler gear — no full teardown required. This makes it faster to tune and service your truck between runs. Multiple differential heights are supported, giving racers the flexibility to fine-tune traction and weight transfer for any surface. Because the gearbox serves as a mounting hub for the suspension, its robust and efficient design is key to the 22X-T’s consistency.

Elite Suspension and Steering Tuning Options

Handling is a standout strength of the 22X-T, thanks to an optimized steering geometry and multiple tuning options like variable king pin offsets, adjustable caster inserts, and wide/narrow spindle locations. Updated front and rear arms complement the lowered shock towers and buggy-length shocks, giving the truck a lower center of gravity for greater cornering speed. Carbon fiber shock towers and larger 13mm G3 big-bore shocks with matching springs ensure plush landings and precise response, no matter the terrain.

J.W. Verified Owner Saturday, Sep 27 2025 (yesterday) Team Losi Racing 22X-T 1/10 Electric 2WD Off Road Stadium Truck Kit Issue with clearing steering linkage at the servo. Tried spacing servo(s) in/out, up/down at the mount, tried different horns but ended up having to take some material out of the Top Bridge Plate… I mean it is what it is and being a Losi guy I’ll make do but what’s with that? Some proprietary servo used in the design that us plebes aren’t privy to? Racing hasn’t started yet so hopefully I can come back and bump the stars up cause I really want to love this rig. From what I see the rest of the design looks really well thought out. Plastic is on the “crispy” side. Sharp MIPs and hand setting recommend.but after they’re tapped they adjust nice. The build has always been 90% of the enjoyment for me and when a kit doesn’t completely fall into place it’s a little disappointing. Hopefully others don’t have the same issue and it’s just my dumbassery. Initial parking lot shakedowns tho look very promising hence the 4 out of 5. Whenever you’re dialing back transmitter settings always feels good after a build so overall I’m pleased! Can’t wait for carpet season! SG Verified Owner Sunday, Sep 21 2025 (1 week ago) Team Losi Racing 22X-T 1/10 Electric 2WD Off Road Stadium Truck Kit No more distributed in Europe… So the cost of the car is very huge, considering the transportation (and the additional fees from transporters) and the added VAT =>630$; for a car that has no wheels and no body.
The car itself is easy to build; but there are some issues on the front end : the diameter of holes for hinge pins are much too big on the front arms; there is a lot of freeplay in the assembly, for example the wheelbase move freely of 2 to 3mm due to rotation of front arms on the inner hinge pins; outerhinge pins freeplay make the caster angle also not accurate concerning the value.
There are no more metallic inserts inside the plastics, meaning that the durability of plastics will not be so good.
22T 4.0 was build from a much higher quality level in my opinion; did Horizon changed its supplying source? 1 of 2 customers found this review helpful. View all reviews
