Kyosho Multi Starter Box 3.0

Starter Box Overview:

This is the Kyosho Multi Starter Box 3.0. The Multi-Starter 3.0 is one of the most versatile starter boxes on the market that starts almost anything from the smallest nitro machine up to a big 1/8 off-road Truggy. Slots are cut across the top of the starter box instead of end to end, making it easier to position a wider variety of vehicles. A pair of high-torque 550 motors with internal cooling fans drives the starter wheel via belt drive, all of which is attached to a pod that can be repositioned in the starter box housing to start vertical or horizontally mounted engines.

I can run both my buggy and truggy without having to re configure the pegs too much. Easy to service the rubber wheel and belt and probably the best battery layout ive had in a starter box. I easily set it up for a Xray Rx8 1/8 onroad car. it has a smaller wheel to fit through the small opening in the chassis. It has 2 motors with impressive cranking power. the box is heavy duty and a bit longer than some other boxes to fit the whole car on the box and feels very stable. Has great rubber anti skid feet on bottom and anti slip pads on top. No plastic extensions like some boxes. The best part is i can easily change the location of the drive unit to work with my 1/8 off-road buggy/truggy, so extremely versatile. Kyosho hit a home run with this box. It took me a while to figure out how to set up the box for my Kyosho neo the plastic 2 piece pegs were a real pain in the rear. I truly recommend reading the set up instructions first before trying to figure it before hand. fit and finish out of the box is great the box is wired for deans/t-plug. unfortunately i haven’t been able to us the box due to busy work schedule. i will update review when i get around to using it.
