This is an optional air cleaner for the HPI Savage 25 RTR, and Savage SS monster trucks. Dual layers of micro density foam help provide maximum air filtration for extended engine life, even in dusty conditions. The filter element size has been increased, which helps extend the time between routine filter cleanings. The neck of the filter has been extended so that the filter is now located safely under the roll hoop and away from the spur gear. The fresh design allows access for cleaning without removing the filter from the engine, which makes disassembly, cleaning, and reassembly a snap. The inner filter comes pre-oiled and ready to use right out of the package! This air cleaner fits .21 to .28 nitro engines sizes and is the stock air cleaner for the HPI Hellfire, Savage LE, Savage X and Savage 4.6 monster truck. Package includes one inner filter, one outer filter, air cleaner assembly and mounting hardware.
