I run a Castle system which is wider than stock ESC, so I had to break off the lower horizontal tab, which was easily done with pliers. The metal looks cheap inside and was white in the bent area. I don’t like 6061 aluminum, but it is tougher than the stock plastic part at least. It’s worth the money, but it also confirms my suspicion that Hot Racing 6061 parts use some really cheap aluminum. It’s good enough for a part that doesn’t get stressed much. I’ll stick with Treal for all my high-stress aluminum parts. View all reviews
