One time, when removing the plunger to fill with more grease, the rubber seal popped off the plunger and was a bit difficult to fish out. But I got it back together easily and has worked smoothly since. This is a nice, cheap set that allows you to keep multiple syringes loaded with a variety of your favorite greases/oils.
