Doofuss Tuesday, Sep 2 2025 (4 weeks ago) Elceram Oxide 1/8 Brushless ESC w/Color LCD Display I did an unbox and install video for this ESC over on YT.
Fantastic ESC so far! It’s super smooth on acceleration and braking. The only one issue I had to deal with is heat – get a fan blowing on this ESC or you will likely thermal and be limping on the track. I’ve read that this ESC has oodles of protections – heat shouldn’t kill it (under 170C), a failed motor sensor shouldn’t kill it (HW speedos can be killed by a bad motor sensor), reverse polarity shouldn’t kill it.
So far it’s super solid and buttery smooth on the throttle. I will be buying another one for another one of my race kits. 1 customer found this review helpful. View all reviews
