Chassis

The Usukani NGE-BV 1/10 RWD Drift Car Chassis Kit is a precision-engineered platform built for serious RC drift enthusiasts. At its core, the NGE-BV features a lightweight, double-deck graphite chassis that offers an exceptional balance of rigidity and flex, promoting consistent handling and control during aggressive drift sessions. The inclusion of super lightweight carbon fiber shock towers and a full set of aluminum SLF big bore shocks ensures buttery-smooth suspension response across uneven surfaces. For added refinement, a set of oil-filled high-performance shocks work in tandem with the adjustable turnbuckles, upper arms, and tie rods to allow fine-tuning of suspension geometry and handling characteristics.

Drivetrain

Performance-wise, the NGE-BV delivers power through steel CVD axles and a smooth four-gear transmission with an approximate 2.9 gear ratio, ensuring durability, efficient torque delivery, and responsive throttle control. The chassis comes standard with a ball differential for superior traction and cornering stability, while a solid rear axle is also included for drivers who prefer a more locked-in drift style. Enhanced with a molded KPI knuckle set (0° and 6°), a large-angle steering system, adjustable Ackermann geometry, and a short rear arm setup, the NGE-BV is designed to provide maximum steering angle and agility without compromising precision.

Suspension

Ease of maintenance and thoughtful weight distribution round out the design. A rear-mounted ESC and battery layout optimize the chassis’s rear-weight bias, crucial for consistent RWD drifting dynamics. Additionally, swift-disassemble components such as the rear gearbox, battery mount, and front upper arms make setup changes and repairs quick and efficient. The inclusion of a multi-position motor mount and changeable rear suspension mount (10-5°) further boosts its customizability. With full ball bearings and a lockable aluminum servo horns (23T/25T), the NGE-BV is built to deliver reliability and versatility, making it a top-tier choice for both beginners and seasoned RC drifters.
