Body & Tires

The 223S BLX racing buggy arrives ready to impress with a factory-finished body featuring a vibrant, unique color scheme that captures the classic ARRMA TYPHON look in a small-scale design. Equipped with rugged wheels and tires, it delivers all-terrain traction for versatile bashing. Its innovative body attachment system snaps securely onto the chassis with ease—no tiny clips required—making it simple to attach or release, even for younger drivers.

Dynamic Stability Control (DSC)

The TYPHON GROM 223S BLX stands out for all drivers with its Spektrum electronics’ Dynamic Stability Control (DSC), offering four selectable modes that automatically adjust steering for improved handling, confidence, and safety on various surfaces. As you gain experience, DSC can be switched off, allowing you to fully rely on your own driving skills.

Drivetrain & Electronics

Love the clipless design.
I added the granite grom tires to make it like a truggy.
Super fun runs cool on 2s would recommend this over the mega version.

I was blown away with how capable this little buggy is. I cleared a section of my yard that has been overgrown for many years to create a mini track and the dirt was very loose and there where a lot of roots that were sticking up out of the ground. I couldn’t wait to cut the roots back so I took out this little powerhouse and was very impressed. It did get caught on a few of the roots, but that was more my impatience than anything. But this thing handled great, spun up some great roostertails, ripped through most of the roots and even handled a few direct impacts into some trees and large rocks. The only downside is the gyro. it seems to kick in too quickly and limits the ability to make tight turns on the track. I expect if I turn down the DVC, it will handle much better. On 3S, this thing is FAST!!! I blew through the grass!! I mostly ran the buggy at 50% on the track, and 100% when driving on 2S. – Quality- Parts lightweight, low quality – Plastic – Same as Generic RC ( Rlaaro )
– Price- Double the price as comparable RC’s available
– Broken servo are common complaints
